Planning & preparing your building documentation

Once you are completely happy with your home design, you’ll go through the following journey:

  1. Preparation of Plans Agreement
    We’ll prepare your Preparation of Plans which includes the cost of planning fees, shire charges, site costs and all other costs relating to the construction of your home including your specification.
  2. Pre-Contract meeting
    This is your first introduction to your New Homes Administrator, whom will help to ensure that every detail discussed is truly understood. You, along with your Sales Consultant, will run through your PPA plans in detail and make any last potential structural changes, ensuring you are happy with the final layout of your home.

Any last potential structural changes, and the positioning of your house, as discussed at the Pre-Contract meeting will be priced, put on working drawings, and added to your contract documentation. Any provisional sums that were in your Preparation of Plans documentation will be fixed (where possible) in order to present you with a building contract. Once you are happy and have signed the documents we’ll start working on planning applications, engineering and certifications as required.
