Instead of buying land and then finding a builder, you choose a design that works on the block, and the land and the build are arranged as one plan. Choosing a house and land package with us follows four simple steps.

Paying for a house and land package usually works a little differently to buying an existing home. The land and the build are often financed in two parts, so you pay for the land first and then draw down on the build as it progresses. Your lender or a mortgage broker who knows regional WA can set this up for you.

First home buyers building in WA may also be eligible for the First Home Owner Grant and for stamp duty concessions. These are set by the WA Government and the amounts and thresholds change, so check the current figures before you budget. Our team is happy to point you in the right direction.
