Following many rounds of regional awards over several months, last Friday the state-wide award ceremony was held and we delighted to share that the Rural Building Co. was presented with numerous awards.

We are so proud to receive the Golden Key Award for Western Australian Display Home of the Year – Vasse for our Daintree Retreat as well as Project Home of the Year for our clients Gidgegannup home.
When you look at the Daintree Retreat, it’s not hard to see why it keeps winning awards. Having already been awarded HIA Best Display home at the South-West regional awards and at the 2023 Master Builders-Commonwealth Bank Building Excellence Awards earlier this year, this beautiful home has been recognised for its fresh rural design and elegant connection to natural surroundings.
Our client’s home in Gidgegannup, based on The Stonewood design, was recognised as a home that enables a modern lifestyle through its simple refined layout. The Project home category acknowledges homes where is essence comes from a home design you’ll see on our website and personal modifications and changes made to suit the way you want to live.
We are also proud to be finalists in the Project Home of the Year category for our homes in Hay & Yallingup Siding as well as finalists in several other categories, on what was an inspiring afternoon recognising great home design in our beautiful state of WA.
