Our attitude to construction is to provide the right response to the environment, dependent on its topography, soil conditions and location. Our choices could be clay brick in coastal areas and sandy conditions to create strong thermal characteristics, reverse-brick veneer for aesthetics and the ultimate in energy efficiency, framed construction using corrugated metal and weatherboards for elegance in design and technically correct construction for clay soils, or poles and stumped housing to allow the home to conform to steep sites without causing degradation.
We’ll mix, match and integrate construction methods to achieve your outcome and to suit your site’s environmental circumstances.
You can rest easy know that we’re skilled in navigating Local Government Authority requirements, earthwork considerations, lot boundaries or site constraints, and power and water utilities related constraints.
