The Commonwealth Building Excellence Awards Great Southern is a platform that celebrates excellence in both residential and commercial construction across the Great Southern region.

This year, The Rural Building Co. was privileged to be part of the winners list. taking home a bundle of awards that truly reflect our commitment to excellence.

Winning the Best Contract Homes $400,000 – $450,000 in Willyung recognises our ability to create stunning and affordable homes for our valued customers while taking home the Best Contract Home $1m – $1.5m in Hay affirms our capability to craft dream homes that meet the highest standards.

Winning the Best Customer Service award in the medium builder category along with the JWH Group Great Southern (comprising of WA Country Builders, Plunkett Homes and The Rural Building Co.) confirms our unwavering commitment to ensuring our customers are at the forefront of everything we do throughout the entire homebuilding journey.

We also enjoyed seeing awards for quality workmanship given to our contractors and tradespeople. The Excellence in Brick & Block Paving was awarded to South City Paving, Rowe, and the respected Silver Trowel was awarded to Nathan Watterson, Hay, both for their work with The Rural Building Co.
