Building a home has always been a dream of Sarah’s, knowing that she could get exactly what she wanted – a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a home theatre and large alfresco. After drawing inspiration from a range of home designs, Sarah and her partner Levi created their very own custom home in Dongara, perfectly meeting their needs.

Interior designer Clinton’s Margaret River home is welcoming and eclectic, with souvenirs from work trips and holidays scattered throughout.

It was important to Clinton that his home be welcoming to guests, with large bedrooms and space for entertaining.

The end result is a tranquil Margaret River residence bordered by two ponds and a private outdoor area.

As Les says: “We designed this. It’s only two bedrooms but it’s got a big workshop. It’s just what we wanted; it works for us.”

David and Jacqui put their faith in us to build their investment property in Margaret River, on a compact block with a specific budget.

Their New Homes Consultant showed them a number of standard plans and undertook a simple cut and paste system to design a home that met their block size and budget requirements.

Their home was completed in six months, and David and Jacqui told us that the communication throughout their build was excellent, as they were provided with constant updates throughout.
