This is your chance to go through the products in the Rural Building Company showroom with your New Homes Administrator to help you make the right choices. By the end of this meeting, you will have chosen a number of selections that our team requires at this stage of your building journey to progress your home. Upon these selections being made, our Estimating Team will assess the cost of these items and provide you with the pricing, before our Drafting Team draws up your final plans.

Authorising your final documentation
After all these details have been sorted out, we’ll meet with you to present your final costings and to authorise your final documentation.
