The Rural Building Company are excited to share The Hampton Beach display, a beautiful family home design inspired by coastal overtones emphasised by an elevation of weatherboard and limestone cladding complimenting an infusion of light blues and greys throughout the interior.
The feature of the design is the centralised main living area spaciously enhanced by raised ceilings and stackable sliding doors to a relaxing outdoor alfresco.
The alfresco is large enough to accommodate for outdoor dining and entertaining with an integrated barbeque and a bench top that flows across the full width of the space. The alfresco also features direct access to the indoor kitchen via a convenient stackable window console allowing for ample social interaction between the chef and guests.
The kitchen includes a separate scullery with overhead cupboards, offering storage for all of your cooking utensils to reduce visible clutter. The free flow scullery leads to a hidden laundry with direct access to the outdoors.
The cherry on top of the functional kitchen design are the substantial bench tops and work areas with a large breakfast bar for family and guests to sit and interact.
Adjacent to the alfresco and large free form living areas is the relax room, with optional bifold doors to further seclude the room from the rest of the home, making it the perfect mini retreat to watch a movie and relax with a glass of wine. Alternatively, the room can open outwards to the free form living areas, expanding your indoor entertaining options in winter.
The master suite was designed to emulate a hotel suite combining a spacious bedroom with access to a retreat study area for maximum privacy. The study has a raised floor to distinguish the space and also includes high vaulted ceilings with large raked glazing to open the room outwards.
The master suite features a dressing area and walk-in robe which flows onto the private ensuite with a freestanding bathtub with an expansive glazed garden view outwards.
The kid’s wing is located at the opposite end of the home with three generous bedrooms to accommodate queen size beds and furniture all directly adjoining the kids retreat and playroom with internet niche, all visible from the central dining and kitchen areas.
The home design includes a double garage with a drop zone at the door to allow for all portable electronics to be stored and charged. It is also a great area for storage of keys, sunglasses, bags and so on. A full height wine rack has also been included adjacent
