The Barn, as the name suggests, was designed to provide a large space but with cost very much an important consideration. It follows the philosophies of our Farmhouse Range by separating the master suite and the lesser bedrooms. In between is a very large living area with overall measurements of 8.7 metres in width and an overall length of 8.0 metres.

The very large country kitchen allows for an 8-seat or more table to sit within the kitchen space and create a true farmhouse. The balance of the area can be split in any way you like: room for a home theatre setup, a grand piano, or even a games table. In the lesser bedroom wing there is a good size activity area which also provides access to outside - very easy to slip into the laundry, toilet or bathroom without having to walk throughout the home.

The master suite, nearly 5 metres in length and 3.8 metres wide, is a very private space, the walk-in robe and the ensuite are neatly positioned at the opposite end of the house.

The carport sits comfortably under the main roof allowing access directly into the home. At the rear of the carport we have provided a store for those odds and ends that sit outside.
