Lance, the Designer of the home definitely had his work cut out for him when he took the brief from the proud owners of this home. Located on a narrow lot, the clients liked a number of elements in a few of our designs, drawing from The Durack, Bushland Retreat and Brookfield Loft. All large homes suited to large blocks, we were very proud with the design and finished result. A lap pool stretches down the side of the home opening the space up, while inside the loft bedroom upstairs overlooks the free form living with central fireplace and raking ceilings. Walking through, the home offers a lot of warmth but at the same time has a funky modern studio loft feel, perfect for entertaining.
