Perception is everything and it’s always interesting to see what other people see when they look at an object. Based off our popular Linton design, this home saw the clients modify one of our existing designs and put their own stamp on it – something we definitely encourage as the home takes on its own personality. The alfresco is protected and allows for shade at certain times of the day while also taking advantage of the home acting as a wind barrier – designed for a particular lot, it’s great to see a design that has been developed to take advantages of views, solar passive design and the clients lifestyle.
